Alexa and linked Zwave devices - dimming problem

I have two Z-Wave dimmer devices. Device A is linked ( in device settings ) to Device B. Here are my results:

• Controlling Device A in HS On, Off, Dim - Device B follows as expected.
• Alexa turn on/off Device A - Device B follows perfectly
• Alexa set device A to 50% - Device B does nothing.

Is this a bug in HS?
