Best X10 signal tester ???
I know there are several testers out there. Which do you think is the best , and maybe a short why...

Ditto on the Elk for me. Cheap and easy to use. The other popular unit is the Monterey Signal analyzer. Around 5 times the price of the Elk, but beside being a strength meter, it also show the codes being transmitted, or even the bit pattern. I wouldn't bother with the Monterey unless you plan on going into business, or have a MAJOR problem to deal with.My system is described in my profile.Comment
