    mobile app not showing devices

    MYHS shows devices but won't let me do anything. Mobile app shows no devices. I tried the new user with same password and just editing just password. Neither worked

    Any ideas how to get these to work?

    What exactly did you try? Does your myHS user account have a matching HS4 user account that is admin and has local access enable and the password and username match that of your myHS exactly?

      After changing the password on the HT PLUS to match the one on MYHS web site I can access it and change thing. Now the issue is no matter what user id or password I use, I can't get into the mobile app. gives me the wrong user id or password error.

        I have to add that the MYHS web access only works locally not remote

          just read an old post and it let me login into the mobile app and I can see all my devices. But when I try to control something from outside my local network it says having trouble commuicating with homeseer. do I have to setup a port on my router to get it to work? ???

          As I understand it when you are on HS4 you click;
          Setup
          Users.
          then input the name and password of the MyHS account.
