Can I move a Device from one Controller to another

I would like to be able to configure, setup and test a device on my interface that is in the house and then transfer this device to a second interface that is in the garage; is this possible?

You do not say what kind of device it is (Zwave, wifi, or something else).. If you are moving a zwave device from one controller to another, you have to "exclude" the device first (usually done on the first controller, but does not have to be), then "included" into the new controller.

Also if you are going to be having both controllers always running you can just add the second controller to HS3/HS4 where the first interface is. No need to move the device.
