I have a script that used to work, but doesn't anymore. I have followed the scripting example in the HS3 documentation, but it continues to fail. Is anyone using the script successfully in HS4? It fails on user sign-on and timeout. It's trying to access a Hostinger hosting site.

I don't know the answer, but if you post the command you are using, you increase the likelihood of a response. Engaged in self-help, you might also get some mileage out of "FTPLastError". There are old reports of ftp bugginess on Windows OSs, but I have absolutely no clue if HST ever looked at that or not.
