If you want to checkin a branch ahead of master I can pull it and take a look. I run it on Ubuntu.

I've been using the Homeseer4 Plugin with my (Synology/Docker) Homebridge for about 2 months now. With my wife being "all Apple", this has been a great way to get her up and running with Homeseer.

She's gadget-challenged, so what I did was buy a mini iPad, (I'm an all Android guy), and created my own personal account. Once everything was setup, I then invited her to my Homekit via the share feature. This allows me to test and edit my Homekit/Homebridge setup whenever I feel the need, and without having to inconveniently "borrow" any of her devices.

I've been trying to get my wife up and running with Homeseer for over a year now and I thought this project was going to be another dead-end. I've never used my Synology NAS for anything other than it's basic function, never used Homebridge, never used Docker and never used Homekit, so I was very skeptical of any favorable outcome. Fortunately, jvm 's plugin along with all the great documentation available, I was able to get everything up and running in a few hours. (happy wife ~ happy life)

Jvmahon, I made a donation to oznu for his work on Homebridge, and I'd like to do the same for you as well for your HS4 plugin. Is there a repository that you use for donations? Please let me know. If anything, please accept my sincere thanks for your hard work!

I'm not super experienced in github, but here is my fork: https://github.com/dibble9012/homebridge-homeseer4

Thank you. If you appreciate the plugin, and want to make a donation, there are others needing the support more than I do, so I would appreciate you giving it to a charity. Here are some suggestions:

I'm trying to get this setup but I have been unsuccessful. Followed the steps on github but it's not working. I'm getting this when it starts. Any ideas? FYI I've had it running previously without this UI, just command prompt and editing the JSON file.

You need to update your node.js. The plugin requires v16.0.0 or later. According to the message, you are running v14.17.6.

You probably have a device reference that is not in your HS system. A typo maybe?

Getting somewhere. It was the IP for the PC that got change somehow. Everything seems to be starting as it's supposed to but no devices in homekit. When I try to add the bridge I get "accessory already added, you'll need to reset first". Not sure what or how I'm supposed to reset?

Delete your Home from the app and start over. Your HomeKit config is messed up. If you are sharing via iCloud, make sure you are connected to iCloud so it gets deleted there as well.

                            Hey everyone,

Not sure if this thread is still being monitored.

Im using HS4 on Pi4 Zwave with HomeBridge 1.6.1. It has been working pretty good other than this issue.

When I switch the device to "On" or 99, Homebridge will flip and switch the device between 255 and 99 non-stop. This trigger the Zwave network to constantly send messages out - slightly congesting the zwave network.

Can you post the Status/Graphics page for device ID 675 and also the definition for the device in your cnofig.json? It seems like one has "On" defined as 99 and the other as 255.
