AT&T voices stopped overnight

So I use an AT&T voice on my system and overnight it switched back to Microsoft david or whatever the default is. I have not updated that machine in 2 years and not sure what happened.

I remoted desktopped into it and I don't even see the voice in the TTS settings in control panel. I did see some crazy number of windows trying to log into gmail for some sync service. I recently enabled two factor authentication on Google so I don't know if that is somehow related? Any ideas?

More info- Google login windows keep poppin up saying "log into quickstart" localhost:51220? Is that a plugin of some sort?

EDIT: That was AK Bond. I think I disabled the authority from it... Not sure why AT&T voices stopped though.

EDIT: Apparently I made a shortcut to the 32 bit SAPI control panel on the desktop ages ago and I could change it back there. Not sure why it changed but all fixed....
