The Insteon device at 27.2E.9F did not respond

I've got my HomeTroller Pi Hub setup and configured, and in HomeSeer I've got my Insteon Hub configured so the app can see the Insteon Hub. Everything seems to be working fine, except I'm unable to add any of my Insteon devices. I've tried "Add Device" nd "Tap Add Device" with no success. Every single time I try I get the error message "The Insteon device at 27.2E.9F did not respond."

My devices are plugged in and their lights are green. My Insteon hub's light is on and green, and I can ping it on my network. The HomeTroller Pi hub's light is green.

What am I doing wrong?
