WD200+ with EXTRA on/off Controls - Solved!

I searched and searched but came up empty handed; I apologize if the question is a rehash.

Most of my HS-WD200+ dimmers appear correctly in HomeSeer, with a parent device that has nothing in the 'Controls' column. But a few of my dimmers appear all wacky with OFF and ON options in the 'Controls' column.


The OFF / ON buttons don't seem to do anything. In HomeSeer mobile the devices with 'extra' controls appear differently and I have to drill into the parent device to be able to adjust brightness or toggle the load.

Why does this happen and just as importantly, how do I fix it.

For anyone that sees this in the future, I contacted support and it was recommended that I simply Exclude the device using the ZWave plugin. After Exclusion actions had completed the device was Included and this time it appeared as it should. Drawback is that I had to reconfigure SceneMaster scenes and some events but, other than that it was straight forward.
No idea why it happened in the first place.
