Easy way to add multiple graphic icons

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an easy way to add multiple graphic icons. I want to change the graphics for the outside temperature as shown in the attachment. It takes a long time to change all of the icons from 20 to 100 in increments of 1. Also is there a way to save so I don't have to do this for every temperature input that I have?
