Dynamic energy rate and HomeSeer - How to save on energy costs

Starting today I have a new energy supplier (Tibber). The have a dynamic energy rate, which means that y rate will change every hour. I want to gain as much advantage out of this and automate the strategies.

    Current cost savings identified are:
    1. Starting dishwasher when electricity is cheap
    2. Heating with brine (water)/ water heating pump as smart as possible
    3. Adjust pond pumps based on energy rate (I own an energy efficient pump that can also be controlled by sending a 0 - 10V signal)
Are there persons with a dynamic energy contract and willing to share their ideas/scrips.

For power saving I'm currently investigation the use of the https://flows3.nodered.org/node/node...ib-power-saver node-red-contrib-power-saver contrib.

Currently I'm retrieving almost all information from the Tibber API. Have to wait for some time till all information is available to me (but I expect this in the coming days).
