For Android and IOS Tablets connected to HS where you are NOT using HSTouch but still want the tablet to make "Hs Speaker" announcements:
1) Download/Install the free HS Touch Client App(from the PlayStore or Apple App Store).
2) Configure the App for connection to your HS Server(URL, Username, password, etc.).
3) Ignore any of the other normal HSTouch configuration/display stuff.
4) Confirm in the HS Log that a valid connection was established and listen for "Hs Speaker" announcements
