Modbus and Hometroller PI

I am using a new Hometroller PI and I'm trying to install the Modbus (legacy) plugin. When I select the plugin to install it thinks for a bit and then goes back to the same plugin screen, it never installs. Also I don't see the ModbusSeer plugin in the list, has something happened? I hope it's not the PI because when you check the list of plugins on the HS site it says it's compatible.

Any answers or suggestions will be very helpful.
