In-wall Dimmer Parameters - know in advance

I've added 5 new in-wall dimmers and am now setting parameters. I've found that these (Enbrighten Z-Wave Plus Smart Dimmer) don't have parameters for Dim Rate Adjustments (Timing of Steps and Number of Steps). I can only find a parameter to set "Dim up/down" to 0="quickly" or 1="slowly". Are there any suggestions how to know ahead of time which parameters will be available with various devices?
