I am actually using Chat GPT already for my home automation projects.
1. To create simple programs for ESP32 or ESP8266 to read temperature, manage I2C display, control relays etc.
2. To create RegEx for me to parse complex input information using Big6 Plug-in.
As far as embedding Chat GPT in HS4 goes, I think that the only way to integrate is to use GPT-3 API that is available but is not free and has usage fees associated with it.

That would be really cool

I had a quick look at it over Christmas but felt it wasn't ready for a HomeSeer plugin yet. It seems the current version (Dec 15) can't connect to the internet to answer/resolve things⦠hopefully might come soon

Chat GPT and Homeseer
Are any smarter minds than me working on an integration between chat GPT and homeser? particularly on voice responses? imagine sending a query to chat gpt and voicing the response rather than though google. especially if that response if differnt each time.Tags: None
