    can only log in on one phone

    Hi, I am having trouble with a myhs.homeseer free account, I can only log in on one phone. When I log out of that one and try the same credentials on two other phones I get a connection error message. Is the phone that is working somehow staying tied to the account and locking it up, preventing other user from using those same credentials? Can you use the same credentials on more than one device at a time, which would remove that potential problem from list of troubleshooting steps?

    Error "Unexpected error. Please try again. The operation was cancelled."
