I'm running HS4 on a dedicated Windows 10 Pro machine and recently installed Oracle Virtual Box and am now running Home Assistant on a virtual machine as well.
Reason for using Home Assistant is it has an interface for my Abode security system that HomeSeer does not support.
I read many posts on how HomeSeer device values can be read by Home Assistant (and use Home Assistant at the front-end user interface) but I would like to go the opposite way and have HomeSeer virtual devices updated by the security device values in Home Assistant (and continue using HomeSeer as I have in the past).
What would be the best methodology to use for this task? Should I create virtual devices in HomeSeer (would need 15) and somehow use one of the interfaces stated above to update their status with the Home Assistant device values?
Just looking for the best path to start investigating.
