I have the event below. In the log I can see that it was triggered but the shade didn't go up. So I did click on the "Run" icon to manually execute it. Again, in the log I do see that it is being executed but the shade still doesn't go up. The issue seems to be that while the event is being executed, there is no entry in the log that shows the z-wave command for the shade was sent. The only entry is that the event was run but no z-wave command. In the event I reselected the device and the On state hoping this will fix it but it didn't. Other events seem to work (and so did this one yesterday). Why is this happening?

What I typically do in this situation is duplicate the event, disable the original, and set the copy to trigger manually only. From there you can test the action along side creating another new event with the same action. Make sure you don't have the device set to "Do Not Log". I suspect the problem is with device control and not the action of the event."if I have seen further [than others], it is by standing on the shoulders of giants." --Sir Isaac Newton (1675)
