    Homeseer Not Running

When I try to log in I get a message Homeseer not running.

I think we're going to need a bit more info in order to help. Are you running HS3 or HS4? Are you running on Windows or Linux or one of the pre-configured hubs? If a hub, which model?

The message likely tells you that HS cloud server has lost contact with your local HS install. It could be that local HS crashed; in which case you would need to get local access to HS rather than via MyHS cloud. You could then do analysis of log data. It could be that there was an ISP failure and HS is fine, but you just cannot reach it at this time. As kenm indicated, with little data, little help can be provided.

How are you logging in? If HomeSeer is not running, you'd get no message, just a browser time out. Like Michael suggested, it sounds like you are attempting to log in through MyHS. That could be because HomeSeer is not running or MyHS is misconfigured.

Thanks for the reply's. I am having router problems new and had to revert back to an older GS1000 Verizon router. I have to sort thru that first. I am back running on the Android and IOS tables. This whole thing started when I bought a new Samsung Flip 4 and couldn't log into HSTouch.
