My events in HomeSeer are not coming on after a power shutoff. I had a Tesla Powerwall installed for my solar panel system this week. They had to shutoff power to determine which circuits managed which power outlets throughout the house and it seems HomeSeer did not like that. I forgot to power down before they shut the power off. I have rebooted the HomeTroller Plus hub and that didn’t help. Any suggestions?

Probably the events.json file became corrupt by the power outage. I hope you have a backup made before the power outage, in that case you can restore this backup.
If you already upgraded to HS 4.2.18.0 there should be a backup as the new version is creating a backup during its upgrade?

Thanks, I do have a dedicated monitor and keyboard. Currently, I am trying to restore from a backup file but now it’s telling me I don’t have enough disk space. Ah, the fun never ends. I think it’s time to switch to something that doesn’t require a hub and let go of my Insteon switches and plugs.

I'd recommend putting in a support ticket on this issue as this hardware should have plenty of space as long as you do not have large files such as logs being stored.

Once that is up and running and the anxiety is passed, I highly recommend scanning the forum for posts on or asking about best practices for a backup. That is an absolute MUST!HomeSeer Version: HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.19.0 (Windows - Running as a Service)
