All events gone

this happened twice now in the last 6 months.
For some reason all my events are broken.
The event names are there but the event itself is missing.
I haven't touched home seer in weeks and nothing got updated.
Restoring yesterdays backup fixed it all.
Any thoughts what could wipe out my events?

I see you are in LA. Up in northern CA we had a bunch of power outages, for some people several days. Could it be that maybe you had a brief power outage and it did power cycle your computer? That could possibly have been the reason for losing the events. If not, check the Windows Event Manager and see if HomeSeer crashed. You might not notice it if you have the service running that automatically restarts HS.
