Finally took the plunge retiring Homeseer

I am retiring Homeseer but for the life of me I can't seem to factory reset my ZNET. I need to clean the network from this device.

Thanks for the reply I tried that and get a message as follows:

Interface has been reset.
Error: Interface command sent to interface has failed.

I have been at this allday thinking must be a way of resetting the znet other than online.
