Anyone know if this new lock will work with HS4? I am assuming that as it is Zwave that it will, but have no idea if there is something else that needs to be in HS to directly support it.

It should. Being Z-Wave, it should work just fine once included in your Z-Wave interface. I have a couple of Yale Z-Wave locks that are not the Assure, and I don't need anything extra for HS to support them. -
