I am still having problems with MYHS, the setup tab within homeseer and an error in the log suggesting that homeseer could not connect to the MYHS service

MYHS Server problems

I can't even connect with my local network now! I even restored the entire HomeSeer directory to a local backup I had from 4-18-2023 as I thought this may be a problem with some plugins that I was updating or some mcsMQTT settings I was changing.
I understand that myHomeSeer may be having issues, but I should still be able to connect with my local IP (as I was able to do before).--------------------------------------------------

Lost Alexa here too. Clearly there is an issue with MyHS as HS cannot connect to the server.
The Homeseer status page states everything is OK so I wonder what on earth it monitors?

How are you running HS. When I have any issues like that I'll shut it down from the task manager and start it with the normal icon as a regular program. Then you can see any issue with the startup. The reason I do that is I have it starting automatically as a background task when the PC boots.
Sorry if that's a basic response but it may help you.

I re-tried my local IP and the device page did pull up, but I can't connect to the setup page or plugin management page(s).--------------------------------------------------

For reference if I do not call the setup page at all the device and event pages are quick to load. Try to not touch the setup page at all and see if you get the same.

Rupp, i did restart HS4 at 7:10pm yesterday. I’m looking at the start up log and i don’t see any lines that specifically say connecting to myHS. Nothing is red,
A few lines start with “web server…” which say services started.

My connection to myhs was just restored! So, if you're connection still isn't working, you probably just need to be patient.
I just got my Homeseer Pro last week and yesterday morning I transferred all the devices over from my isy994. Everything seemed to be working well, then ... boom.
So, of course, my first thought was that I broke something on my system. Then my second though was that I broke homeseer.com! :-)
