Basic event not acting as desired (shut off lights during day)

Greetings,

I have the following event configured to turn off lights during the day if they get turned on by accident. What actually is happening is they are shutting off immediately during the evening when turned on. Seems straight forward below, but not acting as desired.



Any suggestions?

The 2 triggers are independent of one another so they each need their own daytime condition. Add an identical AND IF after the first IF.

The gray bar is intended to indicate that each trigger and it's condition(s) acts independently.
