Zooz Zen16 child devices

Has anyone gotten the Zooz Zen16 relay to have 6 child devices (1 for each relay and 1 for each switch) when it's created correctly or will it only show 3 devices?
After reading other posts here, I have added it unsecure to get 3 child devices and they work correctly as switch/relay combination devices. I want the switches to be inputs that are separate from the outputs. I have set the parameters correctly in the Zen16 to disassociate the switches from the relays but can not get them to show up as separate child devices. I have re-scanned and also excluded / included but it only creates the 3 child devices so I'm wondering if anyone has gotten 6 devices.

Same here. I had opened a ticket with HS and adding unsecure got 3 devices. Also have a Zen 52 that will not add even in unsecure. HS Zwave Plugin has 2 versions for HS3 and HS4 and no activity on either. I was hoping with a new release of the HS Zwave plugin things would change? I'd love to see Zooz send HS samples of their devices for testing and a final resolution from both companies. Maybe submit tickets with both HS and Zooz?

I’ve been researching this more and apparently it isn't possible to get separate child devices from the device for inputs and outputs.

Inputs (switch terminals) are linked to the outputs (relays) on the ZEN16 and you won't be able to control or monitor the inputs independently of the outputs in your Z-Wave hub.
