I bought this water valve to control water irrigation in my flower beds. In the description it says "Note: To use with dry contact relay input the module needs to be programmed to support this. The connection will be made using a standard 2.5mm plug (not included)" however there is no other information on this, how to program or use it. Could this be used to monitor if valve is open or closed? Last night I closed the valve in HS and status changed to closed bu the valve never physical closed. Had I not noticed water would have just kept flowing and being on a private well probably emptied my well. Obviously that's not good so want a way to monitor if valve is open or not. If this is not possible the other option would be with a water flow sensor if any can be incorporated with HS. Here is a link to the valve. https://www.aartech.ca/evc200/econet...y-contact.html
