X10 commands to Infrared - The best unit ?

This is probably a stupid question but i'm looking for a IR unit that allows me to transfer infrared commands from homeseer to take control of my tv/video system. In the Homeseer system there are alot of IR units, but does anybody know which is the best unit ? I don't know if there is a IR unit that listens to X-10 command and then transfer this X-10 command to IR codes. In case we need external power i would like the unit to run on 220 v 50 Hz NOT 110 v like in the US.

Any suggestions ?

Why not use HS to "hear" the X10 codes and then issue the IR codes via something like an Ocelot or a USB UIRT?

So where can i get this in europe ? In case the unit does not get power from the computer (From USB etc) i need it to work with 200 v 50 Hz. Anybody knows where to get a unit like this in europe ?
