    Lights randomly turning on issue

Hopefully someone here has seen this issue before and can give me some guidance. I'm at my wits end with trying to figure this out.

I'm running HS4 with and ISY. I haven't made any changes to either system. Within the last week, random lights would turn on. In some instance ALL lights get turned on. Interestingly, it's all lights but not ceiling fans (Insteon switches)

Initially, I thought maybe HS was kicking this off but I don't see any events that would cause this.

For troubleshooting, I've done the following:
Unpluged ISY = Lights don't randomly turn on
Disabled HS = Lights don't randomly turn on
Disabled ISYInsteon plugin = Lights don't randomly turn on
Reenable everything = Lights turn on randomly

I have some logs but just can't figure out what's going on.

    HS Log:
    3/16/2024 19:02 ISYInsteon ProcessCommand : Sending DON, 255 to Kitchen/Kitchen_Switches/Kitchen_Table_Light Attempt 0
3/16/2024 19:02 Info Device Control: Lighting Kitchen Kitchen_Table_Light to On (100) by/from: CAPI Control Handler
    ISY Log:
    Kitchen / Kitchen_Switches / Kitchen_Table_Light Status 100% Sat 2024/03/16 19:02:24 System Log

Appreciate any help, t's driving me crazy.

When disabling the ISY I assume HS4 is still running. If true it seems the ISY is issuing the commands. Have thought about testing the HS4 Insteon plugin to see if you still see this issue?

How would I test the plugin as you suggest?

I had a similar experience, when the security system would be set to Night, random lights would turn on/off. After some head scratching, I recall setting Random on. Can't recall what PI provided that feature, haven't used it since. Probably not your issue, but reading yours brought back memories.

I would ask the Insteon plugin author for the definitive answer - https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/hs...teon-mnsandler
