Error alert on restart

Every time i start my computer, I get an error box stating that _vwupsrv.exe

has errored and must be shut down. Has anybody else seen this or know what it is? I am not getting any alerts from my scanning softwares.

That's a trojan and needs to be removed. Try running hijack this and removing any lines that mention this entry.
