When I access the webcam menus, I can view the captured pictures, preview the attached composite video camera attached to the ATI Video Capture Card and I can also view the TV channels from the Webcam Menus. However, when I click on the webcam configuration menu item it locks up the Windows 2000 system tighter than a drum? Any help or comments on this issue would be much appreciated. In the webcam configuration screen, what should the port setting be set to? Thanks in advance for the help !!!!!

Why would everything work o.k. except accessing the webcam configuration page? Every other function of the webcam plug-in seems to be working fine except when I try to access the webcam configuration page it locks the computer and I have to hit reset to get the system back?
What other video capture card is recommended that works properly with Homeseer/Webcam Plug-In? Thanks for all the help. Also, what is the command to check what version of DirectX one has?
