I have this installed on my homeseer PC, is it possible to send the tv picture and control it on other computers on my local network?
I have searched the forum and can only find cam related issues

You can stream it using the hauppauge plugin. You can change the channels also. It is just not instantanious like changing a tv channel. It takes about 10 to 20 seconds. Depending upon your upload speeds, you can even watch tv from work.
