Easy question about two phone lines

I'm having a house built and am planning on installing wiring, an enclosure for cable, phone, etc. I'll be running cables to the outside of the house for incoming service. I plan to have two incoming phone lines. At the service entry, will both these lines be connected over one CAT5? Or are separate runs of CAT5 used for each phone line?

A Cat 5 cable has four pairs and can carry up to four phone lines, so only one cable is required.

Run at least two cat 5. It's cheap, and you will be ready if you ever need it.
