Homeseer Web Page User Name and Password?

It seems that with Homeseer Version 1.77 that when you tell the Web Page Setup that you don't want any username or password, when you try and access the page it asks for one anyway. There must be something that I am missing. Right now I am in the development stage with my Windows 2000 system and its a pain to have to enter that every time I want to go to the page. Any clarification on this issue would be much appreciated and thanks much for the help !!!!!!

Check the No password needed for the following subnets. Then key in your subnet address something like 192.168 should work

Is there a way to enter more than one IP Address in this field? Would you use like a comma or something like that to separate them?
Thanks again for all your help !!!!

        Yes it's a comma.
