APC thermo sensor for humidity and temperature (attached next to the CableTalk label at the top rack). I should have gone with the 1-wire though for cheaper price but I got it for a good deal to go with the SmartUPS I have.

I see no monitor. I use either netmeeting or remote desktop for 95% of my admin but I find there are times I need a monitor.

Hi Rupp,

That's right, there's no monitor. In the picture above the black Antec computer case, I have an Avocent KVM extender over Cat5 wire. I have the console in my bedroom. The silver computer case, I extend the DVI connection to the hallway upstairs along with an USB trackball for controlling HT and Homeseer.

It's a pain though if I need to do maintenance on these computers as I need to keep walking upstairs and downstairs to swap out disks if I'm running Disk Image to clone the drives.

that looks like an rj45 patch panel at the top of your rack. How come your not using it?
