CCTV cameras: Where can I get the best prices?

Right now I am using x10 b/w wired cameras. They are ok. I would like to upgrade to something better. I know the color cameras they are making now are much better than 3 years ago when I got my x10 cameras. I am looking for a discrete, color camera that has a wider lens than the x10, which is too narrow, with a lux of at least .5 or better, and a built in microphone. I have seen color bullet cameras similar to what I described for around $75, but I am not sure whether they have a mic. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Below are some ususal sources for cams. In the for sale section on this board there were some audio modules made to go with cams at a very inexpensive price. I also ran across a site that sells factory refirbished camcorders. One there was $150, which is reasonable as it includes audio, either 16x or 20x optical zoom, and probably has auto focus and decent low light operation.

Thanks Zoom. I'll check them out. If anyone else knows of some other places, let me know.

I have dealt with Super Circuits and they are a really good company to deal with. I even fried a microphone I bought from them and they replaced it no questions asked.

          Rupp,

Which cameras do you use on your site? They are really nice. I like the pan n tilt. Did you get them from x10? Where did you get the pan n tilt?

            Beach,
The pan and tilt is a USB Kodak camera I paid $10 for. The USB cameras are normally better quality than those CMOS cameras by X10. The problem is you can only run USB about 30 feet before having problems. The pan and tilt unit is a homemade job from this BB from about a year or two ago. It uses 2 small servos on eto control the pan the other to control the tilt.

Here is an excellent source for high quality (ie, not cheap) security cameras:
