    How long do help desk tickets take

    Just curious, not trying too sound self important. I reimaged my PC and reinstalled HS, but when I went to unlock it, it said my unlock code was not valid. I put in a ticket as priority 3 and was just wondering how long it may take.

    It is really no big deal as I have the 30 day trial.

    It should take more than a day to get something like that resolved. If its been longer, update your ticket. That will send out another email as a reminder.

      Thanks for replying Karen.

      I won't upgrade the priority. I'm sure you guys get enough emails and like I said, I have the 30 day trial period. When you guys get to it is fine.

        I put a helpdesk ticket in last night and this morning, there was already a reply.

        First question is, did you get an initial (automated) acknowlegement back from the helpdesk? If not, then my guess would be that your mail host or your mail client is rejecting emails from HomeSeer Tech. Given the growing blacklist/spam issues and virus issues, nothing would supprise me.
