UltraView Config

I am using UltraView 2.0.9 on HS 1.7. I installed the files in the HTML folder and also into the include folder. I can run UltraView Status from a browers just fine, either local or from the another machine. My problem is trying to add my lamp modules. I followed Tom Kerns setup instructions . But devices are not showing up. When I run http://localhost/ultra_view2_xml.vbs I can see the lamp modules.

Any help would be appreciated.
