HS monitor folder for file

Dose anyone know if it is possible for HS to monitor a folder for a new file
And set up a trigger when it detects one

I wrote a plugin that is in the updater that does this exact thing. I was going to charge for it but decide otherwise. The one in the updater is dead though due to a timeout feature. If you interested let me know and I'll try to fix the code and send you a copy.
