SAPI4/SAPI5 compliance!!!

Is homeseer v1.7.25 SAPI4/SAPI5 compliant? This is for adding some forign language TTS voices that require this compliance from NextUp.

I have the NextUp French, Spanish, British-English (well, very southern British English!), and Indian-English voices...they all ran fine with HS 1.7, as well as 2.0 and now 2.1

I could probably come up with the name of the fellow at NextUp I emailed with to confirm this some years back, if you needed it.

Thank you all. I actually asked the question because NextUp confirmed if the software is compliant, then it should work. So no need to dig for the name, but I appreciate it. Thanks again.
