Missing or corrupt irlbl.cfg

Guys,
I asked Rick again and he said he could save a blank if no IR solution is found. One of you guys may want to put in a help ticket as a reminder. The problem is HS looks for IR information each time it starts and since there is no IR data, there is nothing to save, so it does not get saved, so the message re-appears.
