    Hi Rich/Rick,

    Problem here. A couple of things:

    1 - Tried to migrate HS to a new machine but HS Software would not accept my Registration code

    2 - Above...so bought another copy...lame, but, then the new copy tells me the following error whenever I start it: "Voice recognition was detected as damaged..."

    How do I migrate HS from one machine to antoher and why am I getting this error code?

    Both machines running XP pro with all the updates.

      You should probably open a help desk ticket, especially for the registration code problem.
