  • Displaying thumbnails of images dynamically in ASP page

I am using Rupp's wonderful ASP example for making an html page of images off of my hard drive. The problem is that all of my images are about 300K-400K so it takes a bit on a remote PC. I would like to know if it is possible to dynamically create a thumbnail of the image for display so it is faster and then when they do choose to view the picture, then give them the whole image.

    Is this possible? TIA
    Cheers,
    Bob

Try http://groups.google.com and use "dynamic thumbnail ASP" as keywords. First hit was a complete example using ASP.NET but it looked like there was some other potential hits that used regular ASP.
