Source for microphone cable

Where did you find the best source for microphone cables? I would like to find 4 conductor/shielded cable that can be purchased by the foot. Connectors are not needed.

I usually look to Parts Express for this kind of stuff.

I got mine at Worthington a while back but I think the smallest roll they had was 100'. Martin at Automated Outlet might have some in smaller quantities.

Remember, four conductor with shield is not the same as shield with drain wire. In a drain wire the wire is bare and is in contact with the shield. The drain wire is used to drain off static and emf that can be picked up along the way. The floating balanced pair in the PZM-11 is very low noise itself but can pickup stray induced noise if it's not well shielded and drained.
