Yes you can query the state of a zone with a conditional event or a script. Napco zone change status to HomeSeer Device update time is less than a second.

Does the new Napco Security Panel plugin provide a method for querying the state of a zone? I wish to be able to query the state of the garage doors. It seems that homneseer misses some of the state changes, I use the callback function and a script to set the Garage Door device string to Open or Shut, but it seems to miss about 0.1% of the time.
