I have an odd request for help. I was looking at a website that was for building an infra-red transceiver. The software looked quite good. But I can't remember the site address. The only things I remember are; The software had an oscilloscope type window to show the IR pulses being issued or received. There was a link to the USB-UIRT website and I think the guy's surname name began with L.
I know its a bit like asking where the needle in the haystack is, but I thought it was worth asking anyway.
