HS Installation problem

I am trying to install a new copy of HS. The program installs, Then I get the license key section on start up. When I enter my license key I get a runtime error 5.

What is the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Tryed from my disk as weell as the lattest version on home seer website.
