I Just installed a new mainboad, and now HS & HSP will not load. It's also likely that the com ports have changed, so HS can not find it's CM11a.. Is there a config file I need to change ?

Phil,
When HS is starting up can you select the Restore Defaults button and the splash screen? If you just replaced you mother board you really should un-install and then re-install all software or you will have problem from this point on. -

Really the only thing that has changed is the com port may be different.
The HS screen shows for about 5 seconds and then it gone, does not load. Assuming it can not find the CM11a.
Isn't there a way to manually set that port so HS will continue to at least load ?
I can fine tune the rest of HS & HSP later.

Also when the splash screen comes up it last's only 5 seconds, and does not allow me to hit either cancel search, or restore defaults.
Help !!!

OK, I found my answer..
All that was needed was to reload my MDAC 2.8 drivers. Found here on this BBS..
