Can you make the TTS sound like it is laughing ???

You can use phonemes, the basic english pronunciations, to sound out just about any word and some sounds. Laughing is actually quite
difficult to do with phoneme. Since we all seem to laugh in different ways I suppose many different phoneme configuration might be possible to get an acceptable laugh.

Anyway, consider wav files. Krusty the Clown laugh would be better than anything TTL (text to laugh) could do.
