I love NewEgg. I buy pretty much all my computer stuff from them after I got burned a few times when buing from different companies.
I never ever (I know, never say never... ) have a problem with NewEgg. Also they have a bunch of reviews for every product, so you can read before you buy.

Terrible problems with 2 different Linksys boxes. Got a 4 port Belkin Omniview (newly released product line) and it is a DREAM!!! ALso switches Mic (to PC) and Audio Line Out (from) so sound and mic always work for selected machne. Really hot and very reasonable price. Under $100 4-port.

The guy who commented on using the right cables is MORE than correct.
